Dear Mr Singh, My wife and I we would like to thank very very much your Travel Agency for the perfect and great organization of our trip in India. Everything was simply excellent from the accommodation to the travelling but in particular we were very surprised of the high level standard quality of your staff members (guides, driver, etc) which really helped to make the experience outstanding. We really hope to come back in India soon and please be aware that you will not escape to be recontacted!!! During our trip we had the chance to take some pictures also with people of your staff. So if you do not mind we will enclose in this e mail and in a couple of further some of these photos kindly asking you, if possible, to make them available to the right person.

Michael Henkel, Owner Henkalaya Reisen GmbH & Co.KG.

We work since 1995 with Travel Inn and we will never ever change our agent in India. So many inquiries from other agents – but never change a winning team. The price is one point but the service and the personal commitment is much more important. If you travel with Travel Inn you have a complete all around carefree package. Just one example: We had a group on a Trek in Ladakh – because of very heavy rainfall the program must be changed 3 times !!! The clients wrote me after the Trek: “Michael it was amazing – our Guide was in contact with Delhi and Leh and how quick and unbureaucratically the Staff from Travel Inn changed the program and we could continue to Leh and do their another program – without additional cost !” This is only on example. I am are sure if you travel in Rajasthan and there is no sand in the dessert, then Mr. Kalra will come and bring you sand. Joking – but we as travel agents have a duty of care towards our customers and the travel is not a product that you take from the shelf. We sell feelings, experiences and attractions. Traveling with friends is the philospohie from Henkalaya Reisen and Mr. and Mrs. Kalra from Travel Inn and her whole staff put this philosophy with great personal commitment to absolute Satisfaction of customers. Trust them, it would be an error if not.

Dear Gurmeet, Dear Ravi, Once again, we thankfully appreciate how you organized our trip. Every time we were pleased to see so much of India which wouldn’t have been possible without your assistance. From the beautiful and luxurious hotels like Lake Palace in Udaipur, Umaid Bhawan in Jodhpur and Rambagh Palace in Jaipur (and many others) to our many trekking tours in the Indian Himalayas (Laddakh, Zanskar, Tso Moriri, Markha Valley, Garhwal Himal, Spiti etc). We saw so many beautiful places and met nice people thanks to you. Your organisation is perfect and as you know, we recommended it to other people and friends in Bavaria who have been very happy with your assistance. Thank you so much and thanks a lot to your competent staff. If we are still able, we will certainly come again.

Travel Inn is definitely the leading tour operator in the country. They have excelled in the promotion of wildlife tourism in India and are pioneers in this field. What is very impressive about travel Inn is that they are not merely promoters of tiger tourism but they are promoters of true wilderness experiences, Lesser known parks, off-beat destinations, herpetology expeditions and many more innovative and exploratory holidays. They are also particular in promoting lodges and accommodations that are responsible towards conservation, environment and forest dwelling communities. In our view Travel Inn is a leader in this industry.

Dear James, Michael and I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say how much we loved our trip to India. It was, as everyone has said, both magical, interesting, heartbreaking and fabulous. Everything was organised perfectly, especially taking into account Michael’s limitations – in fact he was very well and managed everything with energy and enjoyment. The guides, with perhaps the exception of our guide in Jaipur, were fantastic – and our driver was exceptional, being both a good driver and very entertaining as well. For us, we only made one mistake, and that was staying in the Raas, as opposed to the Umaid Bawain Palace, but in the grand scheme of things, this did not matter. Thank you again for all your help – sorry if I drove you a bit mad – and we look forward to using you again for another trip in the near future. In fact, my sister in law, Gina Marks, will be in touch with you soon, as they are planning a second trip to India.

Dear Gurmeet, wanted to write you since I came back, but then got so busy so it took a while… But I wanted to say thanks very much for organising the trip for me – I had a great time, and the guide and driver were just perfect and friendly and helped me with everything! And the Taj and Fort and so on were amazingly beautiful and lovely. I was sorry not to meet you, and hope your relatives will be better and healthy soon. Much strengths and good wishes to you also during this time! Hopefully we will meet again at one of the next Alumni events – until then my best regards, and have a nice week!

Dear Mr Pawan, I would just like to commend the service that we received from your staff during our recent trip to India booked through Audley Travel From the time we landed at Delhi, and the driver picked us up, to escorting us through the security at Nagpur airport at the end of our trip nothing was too much trouble for the drivers or guides The cars were very comfortable, and the drivers superb ( there is NO WAY that I would ever contemplate driving in India!!!!) Once again many thanks for all your help.

Hi Sarah, Wow – what a trip! Thank you so much for all the organizing you did. Everything went off flawlessly and the accommodation, guides, representatives in India were all first class. Please convey our thanks to your representatives in India, Travel Inn, who were absolutely superb throughout. In particular, please extend my sincere thanks to Rajeev (our principal contact in Delhi who was a joy to meet and who was excellent), to Mohd our coordinator in Delhi, and to Tasleem in Ranthambore; also to our guides (Arya in Bandhavgarh and Madan in Ranthambore who were outstanding. We were very fortunate in our sightings. A total of 12 tigers in all including sightings on 7 of our 10 drives. An absolutely superb trip. I have enclosed some of our pictures and can send more if you are interested plus a couple of videos once we get things sorted again this weekend. Again – many many thanks to you and the folks at Travel Inn.

Dear Mohammed, Back at the desk after the beginning of the week sales meetings. Arrived home at 9:40 PM our time so laundry will have to wait! As I mentioned on the phone other than flight delays with BA beyond your control and the room noise issue with the Leela Kovallam that was resolved everything on the holiday went very well. We were very pleased with all services from the people who we met, from the team that were still there to meet us at 3:0 AM after a delayed flight to our friendly and safe driver Sunil who was with us for most of the holiday. The selection of accommodation worked well and the light touch calls from you just to catch up with us were all that was required. We decided to drop the bird watching excursion that was planned because we wanted to limit the number of early morning starts on what was fundamentally a re charge your batteries holiday. From the initial email exchanges to the end of the holiday there are only a couple of items that could in my opinion could be fine tuned. One is the payment process which did take some time to get across to my UK bank and also an email from yourselves to confirm receipt of payments and an automatic update of the invoice would have been appreciated without having to chase. The second would be perhaps provide where applicable two or three accommodation options in each budget range and location to enable us to limit our research and get to the final itinerary with perhaps less iterations. These however are minor points and did not really detract from the final result which was a brilliant holiday and we would have no hesitation in either entrusting our next holiday in the sub continent to you or recommending your company to anyone considering going. Thank you for a second tour of India. From the outset, your staff have been helpful and friendly. This has been an excellent holiday.

Mrs and Mr Williams, traveled through Wildlife Worldwide

Hi Amanda Just a quickie to say a great big thank you for arranging such a wonderful holiday for us. Everything went very smoothly and we loved all our accommodation. The representatives, driver and guide in Delhi were excellent and we did manage to see Qutab Minar, Humayun’s tomb and the Government area during our afternoon trip. Vijay, the driver who picked us up from Jabalpur and drove us to our destinations was exceptional, he gave us lots of insight into the country and Indian life and we felt very safe with him. Our lodges were wonderful, the staff were superb, so warm and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Gudda and Mayes, our naturalists were so knowledgeable, we learnt a great deal about all the environment, wildlife and birds. We cannot speak too highly of them all. We will be putting some glowing reports on TripAdvisor as soon as we get a chance. Yes, we did have 5 sightings of tigers (4 in Bandhavgarh, 2 of which were on our anniversary and 1 in Kanha), 1 leopard and 3 sloth bears amongst so many other animals and birds (a couple of snakes, an albino samba deer and a rare tree shrew), too many to mention in one email! Thanks again for all your help, it was a holiday always to be remembered and an anniversary never to forget! Best regards Julia & Phil

“Dear Mr Singh, we have now returned safely from our 3 week tour. We would like to thank you and all your staff involved in arranging our trip, and your subsidiaries for executing our requirements, very much indeed for their work on our behalf. Their concern that everything would be to our satisfaction was very much appreciated and undoubtedly added to the success of the trip.”

Ellie Boulstridge, Ampersand Travel on behalf of her client

[Our client] couldn’t have enjoyed the trip more and said that, unlike any holiday she has ever been on, everything was perfect…Sha said that the execution of the trip was perfect- everything ran so smoothly and exactly are they wanted. Their guides were fantastic and added a lot of depth to the experience and they have fallen in love with India and would like to go again next year. Therefore, thank you all so much for all your help and hard work on this booking. We have one very happy customer!

We have been travelling through India from February 11 until March 11. We had a wonderful vacation. We have experienced India in many aspects and enjoyed a very well balanced program. The organization of the journey was very good; your support services are excellent. Both of us thank you very much for arranging such a vacation for us. A special word about our driver; Anand was the best driver we have ever had on our vacations to many countries. He was driving safe, always on time and friendly. He really took care of us and acted pro-active. When there was no guide with us, he explained what we were seeing along the roads. We will certainly reference you to our friends and relatives.

Mr. Frederik & Ms. Trish Endert

We are now in Thailand for a ‘rest’ after of wonderful trip to India. Without doubt the most professional, well run organization that I’ve ever come across is your company – Travel Inn. I will be recommending your company to all my friends who are thinking of coming to India or looking for a Travel company. All your representatives made things much easier for us – although nothing could prepare me for the Security Checks at Mumbai airport. Lucky we had 4 hours between flights and even then we only just made our plane. All the guides were first class and in particular the gentleman at Agra was very – very good. Now about our driver! We could not have been in safer hands. Mr. Singh drove coolly & calmly even though we played ‘chicken’ with many of the large trucks on the road. It seems a very popular game all over India. Mr. Singh was punctual, polite, well dressed and the car was in sparkling condition – inside & out for the whole time in India. I cannot say enough nice things about Mr. Singh and he is an excellent ambassador for Travel Inn. Many thanks again for all your help Mohammed.

We are now back safely and would like to say how much we enjoyed the trip you put together for us. There was not a single place we were not delighted to visit, with a lot of highlights. The temple ceremony on Christmas day at Tellicherry was wonderful, as was the bird watching and walks at Tranquil Lodge. These were perhaps the highlights. Your attention to detail was outstanding, and all your representatives and guides were charming. If I had three comments for consideration they would be these. 1. Getting to Neeleshwar from Cochin was quite a palaver. Up at 4-00 for two flights followed by a three hour drive back towards Cochin (from which the car itself had been driven) was a long journey, and I wonder how it would have compared to the drive direct, or even a train journey. 2. Generally, the times you wrote down for journeys were well short of the actual times they took. 3. Subesh was an EXCELLENT driver, but if only he had spoken more English, we could have learnt so much more about the things we were passing, and found it much easier to make plans with him for the following day etc. He never let us down, and I think probably understood more than we realised. We will certainly be recommending you to our friends, and would hope to come and visit again.

Dear Anit, I would like to thank you for the input that you, and Travel Inn made in making our trip to India such success. The arrangements went perfectly and it was especially nice, and reassuring, to have your phone calls asking how things were going. The service providers were all excellent for drivers, agents and accommodation, and contributed much to the smooth running of the itinerary. Jan and I both really enjoyed our holiday ( an under statement) which was due in no small measure to the hard work put in by yourself, Travel Inn team and the service providers. I have this morning spoken to Jonathan Lee and told him how impressed I was with everything and that I would be personally thanking you for your input. Please pass on our thanks to all concerned. Kind Regards Clive and Jan Adams

Jennifer & Michael Holland, through On The Go Tours

Hello Brij, Michael and I are safely back home in South Austalia, and we would like to thank you again for driving us safely around our Indian tour. We had a wonderful holiday, one we shall always remember, and as you can see from the attached photo, Michael has already downloaded over 2,000 photos. The day we left Uaiipur, I told you that I had mislaid my diamond ring, but was unsure where and that I had reprted it to the hotel. Well, on unpacking our suitcases at home, I found it inside one of Michael’s shoes. ( it must have slipped off when I was putting Michael’s sunglasses case into the shoe). I was absolutely thrilled to find it, and felt I must let you know, as I remember you were going to report it to the tour company. I will email the hotel and let them know too. Once again, it was a pleasure to have you drive us and to get to know you a little bit. We wish you every success and happiness. Regards Jennie and Michael Holland.

We had a brilliant time – it was VERY well thought through and very well organized. Thank you very much. Here’s our headlines in the hope that this is helpful. 1. The Amanbagh. I guessed that this would be gold standard and difficult to beat and so it proved. its hard to find fault in a hotel where staff are almost standing by to catch a leaf should it blow off a tree ! Its beautifully designed and very efficiently run and its hard to find any criticism at all. They upgraded us to a villa which was sweet and the accommodation ( space/style etc ) with its own pool is pretty irresistible. The food was exceptional and all the trips were great and the staff were amazing – VERY welcoming and totally available for even the tiniest request. The best of it all for us was the yoga. He was a good simple yoga instructor and we went to the ruins of the “ghost city” at dawn with him ( thanks for that recommendation ) and to the lake at dusk …equally sensational. The chef was also a VERY lovely man and we LOVED his cooking lesson and lunch which we booked and we also LOVED the dusk drive through the villages. Both were great. We also enjoyed our meal under the stars very much – thank you very much for treating us to this – it was a fair old feast !!! If i had to find one thing to mention it would be only that the bed was a bit hard…but in a country were 90% probably sleep on the floor..it feels a bit churlish to mention this ! We simply had a very relaxing time there and Rebecca adored its simplicity and the very high standard of service. The staff outnumbered guests by a staggering ratio and it felt VERY indulgent but hey……every now and again that’s very lovely. The pool was sensational and i swam up and down it every day . The weather was glorious and early April is a great time to visit Rajasthan i think. Very people around and yet still very lovely weather. Not too hot….and very few tourists.

“All transports and pick-ups worked seamlessly and with a lot of friendliness and care. The local guides were well selected and gave us an inspiring variety of views about India and its history. Overall it was wonderful and we like to cordially thank you.”
