Dear Pawan.
You will see that I have cc’d this to Singinawa folks also, in an effort to convey my and Teresas pleasure of spending time with them in Kanha.
If you wish my words, following, to use as a testimonial for your and their future publication – please do so.  You and they deserve it!

First – Travel Inn.
It shows the quality, experience and expertise of Travel inn staff when you remember that we have used you for dozens of holidays going back to around 1992..  Not just ‘ordinary’ tours, hotels, etc. But with cycle tours with up to 26 people in Rajasthan, Kerala, Goa, Karnataka.

Other venues (non-cycling) include Amritsar, Darjeeling, Sikkim, Shimla and other lower Himalayas (twice) an many other places of beauty and interest. In all cases, arranged with great satisfaction, ease and efficiency by Travel Inn.

Singinawa Lodge, Kanha:
An amazing, interesting and happy place!
I would like to especially name the folks that tended us so well, personally, but to name just a few would be unfair to not give the entire staff – chefs, waiters and cleaners the thanks due for their superb work and constant excellent service.

But I must, if not by name, add special thanks to the naturalists that attended and drove us on every game drive.
One does not attend Kanha just for the tigers.  The amazing number of species of animals and wide variety of splendidly coloured birds were to be seen minute by minute.
An odd note here:  We have attended five (yes – five!) other tiger reserves in India and not seen one tiger until our first visit to Singinawa in Nov. 2017.  Hence the reason, along with the excellent holiday with them, of returning to Singinawa in Feb 2019.

Love, respects and best wishes to all – Alf and Teresa Webb

I feel fortunate to have met Travel Inn. Their loyalty, support and friendship over the last nine years been truly inspirational. Working together has been a pleasure as we share a common goal of ensuring that our clients receive the best possible services and leave india with memories of a holiday that has exceeded all expectations. It doest not matter how demanding or difficult my requests may be they always rise to the challenge. However what i appreciate most is that i can genuinely relax once our clients arrive in india as i know that they could not be in safer hands.

Thanks for organising our trip to India. We had a great time. Our word of thanks goes to Travel Inn (India) Pvt. Ltd. who were responsible for our itinerary in India. Everything worked like clockwork. Someone was there to meet us at every connection. The accommodation was always ready for us and of the highest standard, as were the Guides who provided us with so much information at each stop (and with such enthusiasm and pride for their country’s history). The M.D even phoned us at Bandhavgarh for a progress report.

Paul Nicoli

Since my arrival in India , I have tried finding something to complain at but I must confess everything was perfect and I had always the best rooms and welcome by all Hotels Managers. This message is to thank you for having organised so well this inexpected visit to India

Suzi Eszterhas, eminent wildlife photographer

I am writing to give you some feedback on our tour. Overall, we were all very happy and I want to thank you all for your hard work in putting together our tour. We had great photo opportunities with the tigers in Bandhavgarh and, much to my relief, we were allowed more than five minutes at most sightings (thank you very much for your help with that Ravi!). I can not say enough about Nature Heritage Resort and how absolutely wonderful Mr. Raj and his staff were to us. They had GREAT drivers, impeccable service, and were always friendly and happy to help. We loved our stay there. Mr. Raj went far out of his way to make sure that we were all happy, including spending a lot of personal time with us talking about tiger conservation, which really enriched the tour.

To all the team at Travel Inn!Congratulations on a well earned Award! You were all just marvellous in your handling of the Fox wedding group of around 40 guests travelling around India in November! I still have wonderful moments remembering the magic trip and how smoothly it was handled by Travel Inn. I am praising and recommending your Company to many people in Australia who mention that are planning to visit India. My best wishes to all and may you have a Great Year!
“With my gratitude for making this trip so perfect”

We have come home with some amazing memories of our holiday which were enhanced by your attention to detail, enthusiasm and energy during our stay. We thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to enable us to have such a memorable holiday and hope to visit you again in the future. My mother and I returned on Sunday, 6th November, 2011 from the ‘Railways of the Raj’ holiday organised by Travel Inn on behalf of On The Go Tours. We had a marvellous holiday, which was extremely well organised. As the title of the tour suggests, we travelled by rail – mostly overnight rail journeys. The organisation started well with the excellent pack we received on arrival in Kolkata – it included all rail tickets, well documented and accompanied, where necessary, by the route timetable. All guides were very efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable and the drivers deserved medals! We were particularly impressed by the efficiency of the guides in relation to the rail journeys. At no point were we left to our own devices and it was a particularly nice touch that the guide at our departure point texted the guide a the next port of call to let him know that we were on our way and what carriage and cabin we were in, the end result of which meant that our new guide was standing on the platform right outside our carriage. It really was great service and helped to allay any fears we had about finding our guide in the railway stations – which would have been no mean feat given that 14 million people per day travel on the Indian railways! We would be grateful if the recipient of this e-mail in India ensures that our thanks are noted by Travel Inn. We thanked all the guides and drivers personally, but a further thank you I’m sure will not go amiss.

Namaste Manohar, We are now back in the UK where it is cold and raining!! Thank you for sorting out our time in Kerala which was very successful and which we enjoyed a lot. Our plane from Trivandrum to Delhi was badly delayed by nearly 3 hours because there was fog in Bangalore so it meant that we only just caught our connecting flight from Delhi to London!!! So a very happy Christmas to all of you at Travel Inn and particularly to you and your family. It was a pleasure to meet you and thank you for all you did for us. Happy New Year to you too. We hope that 2012 is all you want it to be but most especially that it is full of joy, peace and love. With best wishes and Om

Graeme Evemy, Indian Subcontinent Regional Manager, AUDLEY TRAVEL, UK

Dear Pawan I just wanted to let you know the glowing feedback that we have received about yourself and how you looked after the group. A big thank you from us. They were very impressed with how you looked after them and especially on ‘eventual’ arrival in Calcutta when you allowed the group to head off straight away for a meal whilst you sorted out their luggage. Philip Johnston said that you were the most impressive ‘tour manager’ he has ever worked with, and he has certainly travelled extensively in large groups. Many thanks from all here at Audley – you are certainly a credit to us and Travel Inn. We are potentially awaiting a complaint from a client on this tour – Mrs Driver – however we have not heard anything more and I do not feel that this if it does materialise will be about either Travel Inn or Audley. So I’m concluding that the tour was a success! So thanks once again and Travel Inn have certainly delivered an impressive experience for this group.

Jeffery & Dawn Hills

Dear All at Travel Inn, Just a quick note to say, once again, thank you for a wonderful holiday. All worked like clockwork and really enjoyed the experiences, especially at Ranthambore. Our guide, Nafees, took us to zone 8, the buffer zone of the park. We had gone to look for leopards. We had seen a sloth bear twice and a tinger once and decided we couldn’t do any better and accepted the fact that it was unlikely that we would see a leopard or a tiger. In a nutshell we saw a tiger and had 2 metres and thin air separating us and it was amazing. We stayed with him for 35 minutes. He got up from his resting place so we moved on and he slowly followed us, then we followed him and he seemed happy to have us around. It was incredible. Right now we are sending photos of him to the people at the park for identification. I’ll add them to this email, although we do have much better ones, if you would like to see see more, we would be happy to send them to you. The family we had lunch with were lovely and the food very good. The Train museum was fascinating. Mumbai and the Elephanta Island well worth the visit. Goa was a lazy time, but really good. I did get to bath an elephant, so thank you for all your help with that request. His name was Babu and then I went on and rodde on Mala. Absolutely brilliant. Throughout the accommodation was excellent as were all the guides and drivers. It was a magical holiday. Oh yes, and thank you for making my dream come true, I bathed an elephant! Thank you for your excellent and faultless service. (We have given your details to a few people along the way who are interested in a land agent in India).

Hi Manohar Compliments of the season to you. We arrived back in South Africa yesterday morning, very tired but happy to be home. I just wanted to thank you for organizing an amazing trip for us, we all had such a good time. Everything was handled very professionally and all the tour guides that were arranged for us were also, all very very good. I will definitely recommend more South African clients to you. Thanks once again.

Juliet Dehnel

We certainly had an excellent trip, very well planned, with phone calls from the organisers in Rajasthan to see if we were OK. The accommodation was generally very good to excellent (the only exception being Bikaner where the building was amazing but the food somewhat disappointing). The trips were fascinating and the guides too ranged from very good to excellent. We met fascinating people and our trip was made all the more memorable by our helpful drivers, very especially in Rajasthan where everything was done for our interest and comfort, even taking us out to good restaurants in the evenings.

Greetings Travelinn I travelled to India with On the Go tours on 10-22 December 2011 and wanted to say a big thank you to Travelinn specifically & all the staff. I apologise for the major delay. I was on the Deserts, Palaces & Ganges Tour & started off with a group which was led by Atul Godha. He was a fantastic guide, extremely helpful and friendly and this was a great help as I was a single traveller. The information that we received from Atul at various sites was extremely informative and showed a great love for his heritage, culture and country which he has passed on to me as a traveller. I wish to visit India again… I separated from the group after Agra & was extremely nervous but another big thank you to Mrs Gurmeet Kalra who was really helpful when I got really stressed about travelling on my own (as I only found out 11 days before the trip commenced) & I wasn’t totally prepared. I was met and picked up at each destination by very helpful & friendly staff who treated me very well. Forgive me for the spelling of names. Mohammed, my driver in Orchha & Khajuraho was absolutely splendid – he handled the vehicle & the potholes most spectacularly. Really a pleasure to drive with him. Mohit Shrivasrava in Khajuraho offered great assistance & made me feel extremely welcome. Omprakash in Varanasi was a great help & I’m thankful to him especially when my train journey never went ahead & I had to stay another night. On my return to Delhi from Varanasi, Gucci met me at the airport & was a breathe of fresh air. He was so friendly and helpful & gave me an insight on life in general for youth in India. I thank you all for a wonderful trip and I look forward to visiting your beautiful country again soon. Best wishes to all.

Stefania & Graham Barker

I just wanted to say our trip was fabulous. Travel Inn offered us excellent service and we felt well looked after at all times. All the guides were very good, in particular the gentleman in Delhi. We really enjoyed our time with our ‘main’ driver Parmod who is a kind and considerate man as well as a very good driver indeed! This time we really had no problem finding vegetarian food and were lucky enough to keep completely healthy for the duration of our holiday.

(31 October 2011 Dr Manmohan Singh Prime Minister 8 San Pedro Place Republic of India Henderson South Block, Raisina Hill, Auckland New Delhi NEW ZEALAND India – 110-101) Dear Prime Minister, MY EIGHT DAY VISIT TO INDIA – OCTOBER 2011 It gives me the greatest of pleasure to write to you as a New Zealander of both indigenous Maori descent and of European descent, following my recent visit to New Delhi, Agra, Jaipur and Surajgarh. My visit was enhanced by the support and tour leadership of a most patriotic and professional citizen of India, Mr Yusuf Khan. Although only a brief encounter with your country and its people, I was humbled and privileged to have the opportunity to visit India at this time in your country’s history and development. Your Government promotes India with the by-line “Incredible India”; my only comment, following my experience of your wonderful country is “Incredible India, what an understatement.” I was positively impacted in terms of the cultural, economic, social, spiritual, environmental and historical context of India, and therefore the role India plays in our world today. Furthermore, it was obvious to me the deep unlocked potential India is yet to realise and therefore the enormous contribution India will continue to play in our world going into the future.

Since a few days we are back in Switzerland and we think with joy of the last few weeks! It was a very interesting trip through India. All destinations and hotels you organized was perfectly!!! Some days were a little bit stress but afterwards all is ok and we saw a lot of beautiful objects of interest. It was also very nice to met you in Delhi and if we will organize again a trip to India we will contact you again! For this year we wish you all the best, healthy and success!

Still ecstatic from our Tadoba / Satpura trip. We had 10 tiger sightings at Tadoba (9 individuals) plus 2 leopards, 2 sloth bears and two jungle cats. On the last drive we covered some 150km to the far end of the park looking for wild dogs and in the end located 4 on a kill. These guys really wanted you to see everything. Accommodation was basic in comparison but no complaints there as it was as expected. Moving to Pench we got upgraded to a super-luxury tent. Saw another tiger. Special mention for the guide Devi Singh who went the extra mile. Reni Pani – what a place? We saw leopard, jungle cat and wild dogs in the buffer zone near the lodge. I think the management see the distance to the park proper as a disadvantage but the drive to and from is a game safari in it’s own right with lots of bird life around. This is a very slick operation and a family firm. Game drives were really good – lots of birds but also bears and a wide range of herbivores. We also did an evening birding trip by boat and an elephant safari. We had to turn back from one morning drive due to rain and mist but we ran into a pack of wild dogs on the way back so no great harm done. To fill in the time we were escorted on a village walk. Travel Inn were first class and kept in touch throughout – we had a little problem with camera fees that they sorted out for us – and Radiant who provided the transport were well up to the mark too. We saw more than we expected to see – I had to write in three mammals on your check list. One of the best holidays we’ve ever had.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to thank you for providing me with the outstanding services of Brijlal, during my trip to Uttarakhand in the first 2 weeks of April this year (2012). He is an excellent driver and I felt safe in his very capable hands. His Toyota Innova, was as new, very clean, well-maintained and reliable. On top of that, Brijlal was great company on my solo trip. My excellent trip would not have been quite the same without his assistance, language skills, ready smile, great sense of humour and sharp eyes – a budding birder! Please show him this commendation and also the link to my photostream as he was present when I took many of the shots and is in a couple of the short videos. Please also give him my email address, as I am very happy for him to contact me, if he so wishes. I’d also like to thank all your local agents and other Travel Inn employees, for their efficiency in ensuring all the accommodation arrangements, transfers etc., ran so smoothly. This included a necessary short-notice rearrangement that was due to circumstances beyond Travel Inn’s control. On my next trip to northern India, whenever that may be, I’ll be contacting you to request Brijlal’s services (I expect that I’ll be joining a queue!). Thank you and a big thanks to Brijlal! Please feel free to use any of my comments as a testimonial in your advertising. Diolch yn fawr!

Dear Ravi, I hope that this finds you well and relieved that we have left the country! I really don’t know where to begin to thank you for everything you did to make our trip so wonderful – everything was just fantastic. We all really liked Narinder and hope he’ll make it to London and be in touch with us if so. The evening in the desert at Jodhpur was so incredible I don’t think I’ll ever forget it, just like a dream, everything so amazingly organised, it was magical, thank you so very much. It was great to see you and we’re looking forward to you all coming in November!

Janet & Barry Stephenson

Dear Joseph, Thank you for your e-mail below, and I would like to apologize if my comments yesterday appeared somewhat ungrateful. I did have the start of a very bad cold which was making me feel poorly anyway, and on reflection I perhaps did not appreciate the efforts you had made on our behalf. The need to cancel our original night at Claridges was certainly no fault of yours or ours, and whilst I still think the Hotels stance on this was unreasonable, I do accept that you were trying very hard to get us some recompense. Likewise your success in getting the Radisson to agree a cancellation without any retention is much appreciated. You say you were always trying your best to what you could in our favour and I fully accept this. As for the failure to convert the Rupees prior to reaching security at Delhi Airport, in fairness we are experienced travelers and should have been aware of this ourselves. I am told there are plenty of notices to this effect, but in truth we never noticed them. As you say they will come in useful in the likely event that we visit India again. If we do it is kind of you to say you would love to arrange things for us again and we would equally like to avail ourselves of your services. In conclusion, we had a wonderful time with many happy memories, and the package put together by Travel Inn was First Class from start to finish. Our thanks to you and all your team for once again making our time in India a success.

John and Diana Gregory

Hello Ravi, First, my apologies for not getting in touch sooner, the time since India has flown by as we have been back to the UK and then there was Christmas and New Year. All very poor excuses, I know. Anyway, a very big thank you for everything that happened in India, it was the best holiday that John and I have ever had, apart from our honeymoon! Every day there were new things to see and discover. I have never been very keen on hot curries and assumed that we would be eating a lot of these. I was amazed at how diverse the food was, hardly anything was spicy hot and I thoroughly enjoyed trying everything. The entertainment was fantastic and I can’t believe how you managed to put together such an amazing itinerary for Marari at such short notice. The places that we stayed in were beautiful and the staff so helpful – I know that this was their job but they did more than was necessary. Everywhere we went, the people waved and smiled, such happy faces in spite of obvious poverty in many areas. My memories of India far surpassed anything that I expected and I hope that John and I will be able to return at some point. It was an absolute pleasure meeting you, Ravi, and your beautiful wife Gurmeet and also sharing her birthday with her. Thank you so much for making Niel & Emma’s celebration such a joyous occasion and giving us all so much enjoyment and fun. Many, many thanks and lots of love to you both.

Roger and Pauline Litton through Wildlife Worldwide

Dear Mr Kalra, Thank you for your Christmas card and for your good wishes. We are coming back to India! Wildlife Worldwide are just in the process of finalising arrangements with your office for our trip next November – but not until we had checked with them that their ground agents are still Travel Inn! You looked after us so well last November that we wanted to be sure that you would be handling the ground arrangements for us on our next trip. This will be our fifth visit to India and we are looking forward to the visit and to experiencing your hospitality once again.

Barbara & Terry Clark

Dear Joseph, Barbara & I would like to thank you for the efforts you made to overcome the rail travel problems during our recent holiday. We appreciate that mistakes happen and our overall enjoyment of our time in India was not spoilt. We would like to mention some of your staff who helped make our stay such a happy and memorable experience. Rajeev, who ensured we left India having had a super final night at the Imperial; Sam, our driver for 6 days who looked after us so well; Liman Dutla, our excellent guide in Agra; Dilip Kumar Saini, Bharapore who not only was excellent in spotting but gave us invaluable information about Ramthanbore and Dilip Singh in Jaipur who was an exceptionally good guide. All our lodge and hotel accommodation was wonderfully varied and good. We have arrived home with only positive memories of our holiday in your magnificent and colourful country. kind regards Terry

We thanked all the guides and drivers personally, but a further thank you I’m sure will not go amiss. Please feel free to use any of our comments on your website or other literature.

Dear Mr Singh, This is to thank you for organising our most splendid holiday. I apologise for the delay in getting back to you. Your team in Delhi, the guide and hotel were most wonderful. We truly loved Ladakh and had a magnificent time. Thank you for concern over the road trip – however we would not have missed it for the world. Kashmir also great. All in all truly memorable and greatly helped by your team. We will be back with you.

Jane Molnar McCormmach & William Paul Beighle

Hi Everyone Neither of us had ever been to India before. This trip was a wonderful introduction. The trip you arranged responded precisely to our request to spend most of our time seeing wild life in National Parks and also provided us with the opportunity to visit Delhi, Agra and Kolkata. The drivers and guides were excellent, the accomdations excellent and they accommodated both my husband’s preference for highly spiced food and my lamentably bland preferences. Thank you They gave my husband all the blazing hot food he loves and gave me what I requested which was probably boringly mild by the prevailing standards. Therefore, we were both happy. All of the guides were excellent. They were prompt, well informed and responsive both to questions and requests. I would mention particularly our driver, Naresh Kapoor, Delhi, Agra & Chambal, Alistair in Nameri Park and Anup in Kolkata.

Derek & Sally Howes

Hi Sangeeta Likewise it was great to meet you after all this time and thank you once again for our present. Ganesh has pride of place in our India room. We had a very comfortable journey home but the weather in the UK is cold and wet 9C, typical British weather! We have thought long and hard re your question on feedback and in all honesty we cannot add any constructive thoughts as it all runs like clockwork – thank you. We will have to start planning our next trip to India soon.

Amanda Miller

Dear Ravi, My son, Michael, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in India last week and particularly the company of Dhanya and Rachit who were both very helpful and enthusiastic in what they do. They made our stay very comfortable and were eager to make our holiday a great experience. All the travel arrangements fell into place and all the Indian people we met were extremely courteous. Thank you for arranging the trip. MIchael has had an experience of a lifetime seeing four tigers in Kanha and a leopard in Pench. No tigers were spotted in Pench although we could hear a mother calling out to her cub but access to this part of the park was denied to us. We did see other wildlife but we particularly wanted to see the cats! I sincerely hope they have a long future in India!

Rahul Aggarwal, Director, Travel The Unknown

We have been working with Travel Inn for the past two years now and find them to be extremely professional and thorough in their services. Their attention to detail is second-to-none, and communication is always prompt. The team are always courteous and helpful and go out of their way for both ourselves and our clients. If all inbound operators were as efficient and exact as Travel Inn, our job would be so much easier! We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a reliable partner in India.

Margaret Hedley, traveled through Wildlife Worldwide

Hello, My friend Alisa Martin & I really enjoyed our recent holiday in India . The hotels were a good standard, & the staff very helpful & polite. We really appreciated being met at our various destinations, & transferred from place to place so efficiently by you excellent drivers. The naturalists in the parks were very knowledgeable & we learned a lot about the wild life & flora. the guides in Khajuraho & Agra were really good & we learned lots about the history & architecture of the cities & buildings. Thank you for a well organised & enjoyable holiday, I am sure that I will return to India, & will contact you to organise my next trip.

Susan Prag

Dear Rajan, We had the most wonderful trip to Kashmir and your office in Delhi had arranged everything extremely well and Ashraf Wani was most helpful in Srinagar and supplied us with a delightful driver who was not only an excellent driver but the kindest most genial person. We found our house Hopewill in Srinagar and were entertained by the Minister of Public Health, Irrigation and Flood control who now lives there and showed us all round the house that was completely unchanged from my grandmother’s day except for the addition of modern kitchen and bathroom. We managed to visit Sheikh Bagh School and the Church and graveyard where my grandparents were married and buried and also to see all the beautiful gardens and mosques in Srinagar. Sadly our home in Gulmarg no longer was standing but we stood on the site of the garden and looked down at lovely Leopard Valley. We were disappointed not to be able to play golf in Gulmarg and I think it should be pointed out to any future tourists from England that the golf course is being rebuilt and will not be ready for a year or two to come, perhaps you should also pass this on to the Delhi Office as I know many of the Indian Visitors who go like to play golf too, there is a spectacular course in Srinagar. We had a very charming and efficient guide in Gulmarg who took us up to the top of the cable car and pointed out all the mountains to us, he is a young ski- guide and this year is going to be with a helicopter group as the tail guide, which means he must be very proficient and might well be worth recommending to anyone doing ski groups Please will you send our thanks and appreciation to the Delhi office, I will recommend TravelInn to all my friends. Please send my regards to your parents and tell your father my dream has come true to visit Kashmir again. With best wishes to you and family from us both.

Grant Martin and Joseph Wallace, through Bunnik Tours

India was truly amazing. Trucks, motorbikes everywhere, Tigers, leopards, elephants, camels, sunsets in the desert, incredible forts and palaces, The Taj, great food, fantastic hotels, dogs, antelopes, villages, cows, people, people, people and more people. As you know we had different guides but the same driver for the entire trip. Raj Kumar (the driver) was incredible! I will always be amazed at how he managed to negotiate the traffic in India without a scratch to the car. He was a very friendly and genuine person and took extremely good care of us with nothing to much trouble. He would often add items of interest to our trip and would stop at villages so that we could interact with the locals. Along with the items included in the trip, we spent some time with a family making mud bricks and learnt how it was done, stopped to watch bullocks pulling water from a well and discussed life in India with the farmer, bullocks grinding mustard seeds for oils and more, each one adding to our understanding of Indian culture. Raj would arrange the best restaurants for us to eat in, was always early an nothing was too much trouble for him. We felt very fortunate that he was our constant companion during the Indian trip. Thank you once again!

Malcom Parker, Managing Director Papyrus Tours

Dear Ravi I am writing a brief email to send my sincere thanks to you for the tour to India which arrived back safely in the UK yesterday. I have had the opportunity to speak to Geoff briefly this morning and he tells me that everything went very smoothly and all the clients were extremely pleased with the tour. I must confess that when we met in London in November the chances of us organising a tour did not look good and I am so pleased that it was possible to organise things so quickly. On that matter please pass on my thanks to Praveen and Ajay in Delhi who did a splendid job in double quick time. I deal with many agents from various parts of the world and I can say that without doubt the service that we received from them, and from Rajan in the UK, was second to none. I will be meeting Geoff for a longer de-briefing session next week and will get back to you then with any comments about lodges and possible amendments to the tour for future years. Meanwhile thank you again to everyone at Travel Inn for an excellent tour.

Anthony and Julie James, through Wildlife Worldwide

Dear Ravi, We have just got back into London and as I check a huge number of emails awaiting me, I thought I’d have a quick break just to let you know how much we enjoyed our trip to India. The service we received from Travel inn was faultless and everyone was both very courteous and very helpful. Particular mention should go to Naresh the driver and a really exceptional guide in Jaipur, Davindra. Although they are not your staff, the two naturalist we had, Sanjay in Kahna and Hatsi in Badhavgarh, were also excellent, Sanjay being outstandingly good. For future clients, I would recommend you look to using light aircraft which works extremely well in Africa. The train was very ropey with plenty of cockroaches sharing the journey with us ! The only other slight criticism was of the Uppals Orchid where the staff were unhelpful and bordering on rude, and overall it was our least favourite hotel of the trip. Surprising given that it is part of The Leading Hotels of the World. Anyway, our overriding impression of India and in particular Travel Inn was fantastic, and for your part in that, Many thanks. We will praise you to Wildlife Worldwide and recommend you to others travelling to India. With sincere thanks and best wishes
