Ravi Kalra’s journey in the travel industry began in the late 1970s when he started leading trekking expeditions across the Himalayan ranges. His love for travel and adventure inspired him to establish Travel Inn in 1985. Since then, he has built the company into one of India’s most trusted and preferred wildlife and adventure Destination Management Companies.

With a deep passion for wildlife, exploration, and crafting unforgettable travel experiences, Ravi strives to inspire others to discover the beauty of nature. When not designing travel adventures, he enjoys birdwatching, listening to music, or traveling to new destinations with his wife, Gurmeet, and daughter, Jasmine. His favorite place in India remains the majestic Himalayas.

Gurmeet Kalra Director

With over 22 years of experience, Gurmeet Kalra is the Director of Finance at Travel Inn and a driving force within the company. Her diverse background includes early education in Tehran, where her father was a diplomat, followed by advanced studies in Sociology, Economics, and an MBA from Hamburg, Germany.

After marrying Ravi Kalra in 1990, Gurmeet joined Travel Inn full-time in 2000. She combines her financial acumen with a deep passion for travel, contributing significantly to the company’s growth. Widely traveled across India and internationally, Gurmeet enjoys reading non-fiction in her free time. Her favorite Indian destinations are Ladakh and Kerala.

Mohammed Nazim Head of Sales

Mohammed Nazim is the Head of Sales at Travel Inn, bringing his expertise and enthusiasm to create tailored travel experiences. An avid traveler with a passion for exploring new destinations, he ensures that each client’s needs are met with dedication and attention to detail. Nazim’s focus on personalized service makes him an invaluable member of the team.

Sachin Kumar Customized Travel Specialist

With over 11 years of experience in the tourism industry, Sachin Kumar is an adventurous globetrotter and a vital part of the Sales Team. A master’s graduate in Tourism Management, Sachin combines his passion for discovering new places with his expertise in crafting memorable travel experiences. His motto, “When nothing goes right… go left,” reflects his innovative approach to challenges.

Jasleen Kaur Customized Travel Specialist

Jasleen Kaur, an Amity University graduate with a master’s degree and a diploma in travel and tourism, brings seven years of industry experience to Travel Inn’s Sales Team. Known for her dedication, organizational skills, and love for travel, Jasleen ensures exceptional service and growth. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and beloved dog.

Abhishek Singh Reservations Team

Abhishek Singh brings valuable experience in inventory management, where he honed his organizational and problem-solving skills. Currently, he is transitioning into the travel industry as a Reservation Associate, eager to apply his expertise in coordination and customer service. With a strong focus on efficiency and attention to detail, Abhishek is excited to contribute to the seamless travel experience for clients.

Nitin Sharma Contracting Head

With over 20 years in tourism, Nitin Sharma has built a strong reputation in travel management, hotel contracting, and vendor negotiations. His expertise in market analysis, strategic negotiations, and relationship management has secured competitive rates and long-term partnerships with leading hotels and service providers. Known for operational efficiency and destination planning, his deep industry knowledge continues to drive business growth and enhance client experiences.

With nearly three decades of experience, Joseph Pawa serves as the Head of Operations at Travel Inn. He began his career in 1995, guiding groups through India, Nepal, and Bhutan. Joseph’s expertise in ensuring seamless travel experiences has made him a trusted leader in operations, consistently delivering journeys as memorable as the destinations themselves.

Rubaina Mirza Manager Operations - Audley

With eight years of experience in the travel industry, Rubaina Mirza is a dedicated professional who excels in crafting personalized travel experiences. A graduate of Delhi University, Rubaina’s approach is characterized by creativity, commitment, and attention to detail. Outside work, she enjoys dance and music, bringing joy and energy to everything she does.

Born and raised in Hyderabad, Rajni Mahajan initially worked in the software industry before transitioning to the travel trade, driven by her passion for travel. Mugdha Product & Marketing Manager

A passionate naturalist from Mumbai, Mugdha Deshpande is Travel Inn’s Product & Marketing Manager. With four years of experience as a resident-lodge naturalist in Satpura, Kanha, and Tadoba, Mugdha has honed her skills in wildlife tourism. Her deep understanding of India’s biodiversity and her ability to craft immersive experiences make her an invaluable asset to the team.

Anurag Yadav Product Team & Wildlife Specialist

Anurag Yadav combines his role as a Product Associate with his expertise as an in-house naturalist at Travel Inn. With a Bachelor’s degree in Forestry from Kumaon University, Nainital, and extensive experience in wildlife tourism, Anurag has also trained in Africa and traveled extensively across Africa and Borneo. His diverse knowledge and connection to nature ensure extraordinary wildlife experiences for clients.

Gaurav Sharma, a Mumbai-based travel enthusiast, brings six years of experience in travel operations and lodge management to Travel Inn’s Product & Operations Team. With a background in Travel & Tourism Management and a talent for graphic design, Gaurav ensures creativity and precision in every project he undertakes.

Jitander Prashar Head of Admin & Finance

As the Head of Admin & Finance, Jitander Prashar is one of Travel Inn’s most senior members. Known for his expertise and cooperative spirit, Jitander oversees financial operations while collaborating with the Field Management Team.
