Dear Pawan.
You will see that I have cc’d this to Singinawa folks also, in an effort to convey my and Teresas pleasure of spending time with them in Kanha.
If you wish my words, following, to use as a testimonial for your and their future publication – please do so. You and they deserve it!
First – Travel Inn.
It shows the quality, experience and expertise of Travel inn staff when you remember that we have used you for dozens of holidays going back to around 1992.. Not just ‘ordinary’ tours, hotels, etc. But with cycle tours with up to 26 people in Rajasthan, Kerala, Goa, Karnataka.
Other venues (non-cycling) include Amritsar, Darjeeling, Sikkim, Shimla and other lower Himalayas (twice) an many other places of beauty and interest. In all cases, arranged with great satisfaction, ease and efficiency by Travel Inn.
Singinawa Lodge, Kanha:
An amazing, interesting and happy place!
I would like to especially name the folks that tended us so well, personally, but to name just a few would be unfair to not give the entire staff – chefs, waiters and cleaners the thanks due for their superb work and constant excellent service.
But I must, if not by name, add special thanks to the naturalists that attended and drove us on every game drive.
One does not attend Kanha just for the tigers. The amazing number of species of animals and wide variety of splendidly coloured birds were to be seen minute by minute.
An odd note here: We have attended five (yes – five!) other tiger reserves in India and not seen one tiger until our first visit to Singinawa in Nov. 2017. Hence the reason, along with the excellent holiday with them, of returning to Singinawa in Feb 2019.
Love, respects and best wishes to all – Alf and Teresa Webb

To all the team at Travel Inn!Congratulations on a well earned Award! You were all just marvellous in your handling of the Fox wedding group of around 40 guests travelling around India in November! I still have wonderful moments remembering the magic trip and how smoothly it was handled by Travel Inn. I am praising and recommending your Company to many people in Australia who mention that are planning to visit India. My best wishes to all and may you have a Great Year!

I feel fortunate to have met Travel Inn. Their loyalty, support and friendship over the last nine years been truly inspirational. Working together has been a pleasure as we share a common goal of ensuring that our clients receive the best possible services and leave india with memories of a holiday that has exceeded all expectations. It doest not matter how demanding or difficult my requests may be they always rise to the challenge. However what i appreciate most is that i can genuinely relax once our clients arrive in india as i know that they could not be in safer hands.

Thanks for organising our trip to India. We had a great time. Our word of thanks goes to Travel Inn (India) Pvt. Ltd. who were responsible for our itinerary in India. Everything worked like clockwork. Someone was there to meet us at every connection. The accommodation was always ready for us and of the highest standard, as were the Guides who provided us with so much information at each stop (and with such enthusiasm and pride for their country’s history). The M.D even phoned us at Bandhavgarh for a progress report.

I am writing to give you some feedback on our tour. Overall, we were all very happy and I want to thank you all for your hard work in putting together our tour. We had great photo opportunities with the tigers in Bandhavgarh and, much to my relief, we were allowed more than five minutes at most sightings (thank you very much for your help with that Ravi!). I can not say enough about Nature Heritage Resort and how absolutely wonderful Mr. Raj and his staff were to us. They had GREAT drivers, impeccable service, and were always friendly and happy to help. We loved our stay there. Mr. Raj went far out of his way to make sure that we were all happy, including spending a lot of personal time with us talking about tiger conservation, which really enriched the tour.

Namaste Manohar, We are now back in the UK where it is cold and raining!! Thank you for sorting out our time in Kerala which was very successful and which we enjoyed a lot. Our plane from Trivandrum to Delhi was badly delayed by nearly 3 hours because there was fog in Bangalore so it meant that we only just caught our connecting flight from Delhi to London!!! So a very happy Christmas to all of you at Travel Inn and particularly to you and your family. It was a pleasure to meet you and thank you for all you did for us. Happy New Year to you too. We hope that 2012 is all you want it to be but most especially that it is full of joy, peace and love. With best wishes and Om

My mother and I returned on Sunday, 6th November, 2011 from the ‘Railways of the Raj’ holiday organised by Travel Inn on behalf of On The Go Tours. We had a marvellous holiday, which was extremely well organised. As the title of the tour suggests, we travelled by rail – mostly overnight rail journeys. The organisation started well with the excellent pack we received on arrival in Kolkata – it included all rail tickets, well documented and accompanied, where necessary, by the route timetable. All guides were very efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable and the drivers deserved medals! We were particularly impressed by the efficiency of the guides in relation to the rail journeys. At no point were we left to our own devices and it was a particularly nice touch that the guide at our departure point texted the guide a the next port of call to let him know that we were on our way and what carriage and cabin we were in, the end result of which meant that our new guide was standing on the platform right outside our carriage. It really was great service and helped to allay any fears we had about finding our guide in the railway stations – which would have been no mean feat given that 14 million people per day travel on the Indian railways! We would be grateful if the recipient of this e-mail in India ensures that our thanks are noted by Travel Inn. We thanked all the guides and drivers personally, but a further thank you I’m sure will not go amiss.
